hands-on live fire cooking – Sunday 3 – 5:30 pm

The Boss
$135 per person – includes – 30cm Pata Negro pan, prepared ingredients (meat / seafood or vegetable), wine from porron and select bottles during cooking session, and you leave with a hot pan of paella to take home.
 
It Takes Two…
$200 for 2 people – includes one 30cm Pata Negro pan, prepared ingredients (meat / seafood or vegetable), wine from porron and select bottles during cooking session, and you leave with a hot pan of paella to take home.
The Observer
$80 per person – vino from a porron and select bottles as you watch the paella being made.
 
Repeat Offenders
$100 for 1 person. $165 for 2 people – you bring your own pan from prior class – includes prepared ingredients (meat / seafood or vegetable), wine from porron and select bottles during cooking session, and you leave with a hot pan of paella to take home.

How it works

  • Call me directly to book and pay at 913.526.6708
  • Four cooking stations maximum
  • This is a live fire, hands-on, outside cooking experience
  • Suggestions on what to bring/wear:  old clothing, apron, layers (depending on weather), eyewear, lawn chair if you prefer to sit/rest, sunscreen, water bottle, hat
  • After your paella is cooked, you are welcome to head out or sit inside for a plate at our table while we recap the experience
  • If the weather is not safe, I will contact you to provide a refund or reschedule your cooking experience for another date
  • Select paella ingredients, extra pans, pantry/prepared items, vegetables, wine, and rum cakes are always for sale and available for purchase during your session
